2.What are we working as?
You are working as part-time service crews in F&B industry like Hotel Banquet,Restaurant, Bar, Lounge, etc. This job is basically to serve the guests attending buffet dinner or events included setting table, getting drinks and serving food.

3.What locations can you offer me work in?
E-job is able to help our candidates to book slots in Five-star hotels located in City Hall, Bugis, Chinatown, Clarke Quay, Orchard, Somerset, Stevens, Novena, Sentosa, etc.

4.Do you offer full-time job opportunities?
No. We only provide part-time job opportunities right now.

5.What is the rate for part-timers and how is payment being made?
All part-timers are paid $9/hr on weekday/weekends.Payment will be made on the next following Friday via Paynow/Paylah transfer or collect cash at office by workers themselves.

6.Is there an incentive for recommending candidates to E-JOB?
Yes. When our staff refer new candidate (must be activated) to us, we will offer a financial incentive of S$10 after the referred candidate work 2 times with us.

7.What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellation
Job cancellations need to be done 3 days in advance.
Medical Leave
Reporting sick should be done 6 hours before the start of the shift.
A medical certificate is required if you report sick after the stated timeline. Failure to produce the MC is considered as a no-show.No Show
Any no-show without any valid reason will be deducted $25.

8.What is the grooming standard required for this job?
For Men
Hair - Neat hairstyle and smartly combed. No colored hair allowed.
Dressing - Top will be provided. Black formal trousers (no jeans) + ankle socks
Shoes - Full black smart leather shoes, no sneakers allowed.
For Ladies
Hair - Long hair must be neatly bun. Hair net is required. Colored hair is not allowed.
Dressing - Top will be provided. Black formal trousers + ankle black socks.
